Sam Webb

Sam Webb brings more than a decade of legal, financial, and academic experience to BentOak Capital, where he advises clients at the intersection of law, business strategy, and wealth management. Sam’s advice is guided by the belief that true wealth extends beyond finances. He partners with clients to create enduring strategies that integrate wise planning, timeless values, and long-term vision driven by a commitment to stewardship and legacy. He partners with business owners, families, and landholders to create multi-generational strategies that integrate legal protections, financial wisdom, and deeply held values. His passion is helping clients think beyond short-term decisions to build enduring wealth and impact for the good of generations.

As an attorney and founder of Webb Strahan Meeks PLLC, Sam has represented multistate businesses, business owners, and property owners in matters involving complex property tax and real estate, business formation and strategy, and legacy planning. His experience spans from Washington, D.C., across the great State of Texas. Sam brings both technical expertise and a relational approach to guiding business owners and property owners in their wealth strategy.

Sam is a graduate of Texas A&M University and holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Texas Tech University School of Law. Sam will graduate in December 2025 with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Wealth Management from Texas A&M University School of Law, where he focused on ethics, tax, and business planning. He also serves as a lecturer at Texas A&M University, teaching courses in business law and estate planning.

Outside of his professional life, Sam is active in his local church, coaches youth baseball, and enjoys time with his wife and three children.
