About
Terin joined the BentOak Capital team in March 2024 as an intern and then became a full-time employee in June 2025 in the Weatherford office. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Personal Financial Planning and minor in Gerontology.
As a Client Service Associate (CSA) & Paraplanner, Terin has two distinct roles within our firm. As a CSA, she helps BentOak clients with administrative needs such as account paperwork, transfers, etc. In her role as a paraplanner, Terin sits in on client meetings and takes notes, helps prepare for meetings, handles meeting follow-up, and provides general support to our financial planners. She is studying to complete her Certified Financial Planning designation.
In the community, Terin is an active member in the Kansas State Alumni Association, P.E.O., a women’s organization focused on educational advancement, and Financial Planning Association.
Terin has a heart for others and finds joy in building relationships with clients. Her favorite part is tailoring comprehensive financial plans to align with clients’ goals and values.
When Terin is not in the office, you can find her with family and friends. She loves trying new restaurants, staying active, traveling, and spending time at her family farm in Kansas.
