About

Amanda joined BentOak Capital in fall 2025 as a Client Service Associate, bringing more than five years of experience in the financial services industry. Before transitioning into finance, Amanda built a strong foundation in human resources and marketing, developing a people-first mindset that continues to shape her approach to client service.


She earned her Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas, and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University – Shreveport. Amanda is passionate about creating meaningful client relationships and supporting a seamless planning experience that helps individuals and families feel confident in their financial journey.


Amanda recently moved to Austin from San Angelo with her husband, two sons, and the family dog. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, trying new restaurants, and exploring her new city.
