Laura joined the BentOak Capital team in January 2022 as an intern and transitioned into a full-time role in June 2023. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Personal Financial Planning.
As a Wealth Advisor, Laura is based primarily in the Fort Worth office, where she enjoys partnering with clients to thoughtfully plan and steward their financial resources. Her interest in the industry began at a young age, sparked by a forward-thinking mindset and an appreciation for the opportunities that intentional planning can create. Laura values meaningful conversations and collaborative strategy. She also takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients and getting to know them beyond the numbers so she can better support their goals and aspirations.
Outside of the office, Laura enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Ivan, and their families. In her free time, you will often find her on the golf course on a warm day, at her family’s ranch, or enjoying the outdoors while hunting.
